I had read a press release that Samsung would be including 2 free pairs of 3D glasses with all of their 3D enabled TVs purchased after April 24, 2011. So I was disappointed when I ordered this TV from Amazon, but the free glasses did not come with the set. When I wrote to Samsung customer service, they told me to take the issue up with Amazon, even though I had a feeling it was more Samsung's fault than Amazon's.
